Annual Reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

Each year we will invite parents, carers and other professionals working with the child and family to contribute to a meeting to review the provision outlined in the EHCP and to discuss the progress made.  The meetings are arranged throughout the year according to year groups:

Years EYFS to 4 are held in the Autumn term and first half of the Spring term.

Year 6 reviews re held in the second half of the Spring term and the first half of the Summer term.

Year 5 reviews to prepare for secondary school transfers are held in the first half of Summer term.
